PATERNITY TEST

PATERNITY TESTING

Establishing paternity is very important for both parents and the child in question. Establishing paternity means acknowledging fatherhood after a child is born. Paternity must be established, to be a legal father, if the parents are not married.

We inherit DNA from both our biological parents, half from mom and half from dad. A DNA paternity test compares the child's DNA patterns with that of the alleged father to determine biological relationship.

The results of a DNA paternity test will be INCLUSIVE meaning the alleged father is highly considered to be the biological father, or EXCLUSIVE meaning the alleged father is NOT the biological father.
